Are there any books like Atlas shrugeed but for communism? where the author uses fiction to explain his political opinions in favor of communism?

Whats up my /lit/ comrades. What are your opinions on "The Communist Manifesto"?

I just read it and I fucking love it, Karl Marx is the shit.

Also, on a side note, I'm not a communist, I just agree with some of the philosophical points he made.

So it's available for £1 at a local book shop. I'd like to learn more about this sort of thing, but exactly how mind numbingly boring is it?

Does the Communist Manifesto have anything to do with God of War? (PS3)

I'm interested in trying to gain a better understanding of Socialism and Communism. Is this book worth reading in pursuit of that?

ITT: Books you haven't actually read but have claimed to have done so in order to appear intelligent.

I'll start us off.

Reading this got me thinking: What did Marx feel when he wrote this? And even after he wrote it, when it was reprinted into tons of languages, read by everyone, debated, accepted, loved, hated, praised, insulted.

What did he feel when his beliefs were so widely known, when there were some people that truly believed in his being 'correct' and a soothsaying god, when there were those that truly believed him to be utterly wrong and stupid? How did he feel?
