Imperium is an old term and an old word. To call the book National-Socialism is not correct. It is authoritarian, Fascistic and Spenglarian, sure. Though he did dedicate the book to Hitler and refer to him several times as the Hero of WW2.

Why is a totalitarian form of Government so unwelcome now? It can not be worse than what we have now. An international quasi-government that does not care for you.

All you need is ethno-nationalist government to engage in realpolitik and many issues will be solved, not just repeatedly addressed.
