There's this dude I work with that went to film school that's name dropped a few authors but seems way more into cinema and politics than literature.
I also sometimes tell my little brother about various mythological stuff I find that's cool and my father and I discuss religion a decent amount.
My mom is into audiobooks but she didn't like Blood Meridian when I rec'd it, though she was apparently fine with reading this lesbian vampire pussy licking novella she found in my library once.

>Your favorite book of all time
not a book but the mythological tale of Orpheus and Eurydice is one of my favorites
I guess if I had to choose, I often revisit pic related
>Your most controversial opinion
Stephen King would be my favorite author of all time if the only books I ever read by him were The Gunslinger, IT, and The Stand.
>Your darkest secret
I abused affirmative action to get into University of Chicago then dropped out after my first year.

Favourite chapter? Excluding the one where the judge makes gunpowder.
