That's a lie. They existed as a distinct diaspora in Europe for 2000 years and never assimilated despite Europeans offering them the olive branch to convert and become integrated members of their societies. They always thumbed their noses at goyim and retained their ethnic identity over a sense of jewish ethnic/religious superiority toward the gentile Christians.

A good historically example of this is illustrated in Shakespeare's Merchant of Venice where Shylock's forced conversion to Christianity as punishment and his daughter being married to a goy was considered a fate worse than death to him.

If the Jews were "truly European", then they would've converted to Christianity and integrated centuries ago rather than remain a bunch of diaspora/nomad groups living off of disparate European societies.
They had 2000 years.
They hated Europeans else they would've became Europeans.
