Kinda, it's not a daily thing. I write down events that happened, various thoughts and notes about books im reading.

Benefits are
A - It's fun to read old entries, see how my thinking changed.
B - Knowing exactly when important events happened can be helpful, don't need to rely on memory.
C - Writing things down sometimes helps me resolve internal issues and calm down.

What do you guys use for writing when you're away from home? I've been using my phone to email myself stuff so I can copy it to desktop, but phone typing isnt the most enjoyable.
Laptop? Pen & paper? Some weird tech alternative?
