I don't know if there were many Manchu literati, I don't think they even had to pass the civil service exams to get ahead so probably not. There have been many famous Han Chinese philosophers though.

My point is that by the most common /pol/ rubrics of civilizational success, Europeans have been pretty behind until the modern era. I mean yes the Europeans built large empires and dominated many peoples - for a time. All gone now. I doubt Britain could colonize India or China today. Indonesia would make short work of the Netherlands. Nobody even cares about philosophy anymore these days, it doesn't bring in money. If some neckbeards want to feel good about themselves for being born white I wouldn't mind if they kept to their own board. I don't really need to cheer myself up by looking at my skintone so I would prefer if they kept the racial stuff on /pol/
