isnt transgenderism a form of radical Cartesianism? Is it really justified to claim that gender and sex are entirely ontologically separate? It seems to me there are strong and complex contingencies between biology, history, culture, metaphysical reality, and so on. Does someone identifying as having a property or being literally make them have that being or property? Is this true for any other philosophy?
