Oh my great fucking God, get fucked, you unbelievable faggot.

You're a disgrace to art!

No-talent piece of shit!

Seriously though, fuck you. Your opinion is shit. Chaucer: narrative genius, pioneer of genre, translator/remix, legendary ethics, great short poetry, pissed on institutions, fascinating life... Just fuck you, fuck you, fuck you.

Perfect example of this >>4925184 quote.

You are smart enough to produce plausible justifications for stupid actions and words.

I don't disagree with you about "trigger warnings", but I will criticize your analyses of these books.

The death of Socrates was not a suicide. Athens sentenced him to death. And don't you dare pretend that he didn't adequately defend himself. Yes, he could have run away, but he chose to sacrifice his life for ethics.

Plato was not a fascist, that is revisionist history and a gross over-simplification of his ethical and political systems. You may well point to his eugenics, but keep in mind that word had a different meaning in his time than it does now.

The Iliad was not a story about genocide, it was a story about war. Mind you, it was a war magnifying women, not reducing them.

Was Odysseus not justified in cleansing his home? That's the question you're supposed to be asking. And which women were handled like objects in the Odyssey? I forgot.

Congrats, OP. You just picked up a little bit of wisdom: never share original ideas until you've reaped their benefits.

Now somebody else is going to write your story.

We all had to learn it at some point.
