Yeah I don't do any of that gay social media / dopamine addiction propaganda brainwashing nonsense other than 4chan. I didn't even have a (smart)phone until last year, but almost all the time I spend on it is in Cool Reader. I used to walk around with my Kindle but the phone+case is sturdier and fits in my pocket better. Hell I only just found out about newpipe but all I do is download nightcore mixes on wifi and listen to them when I go into town.

Since you already went and got yourself addicted to timewasting nonsense I'd recommend replacing your phone in your everyday carry with a small paperback book, and read that whenever you have a free moment. Doesn't have to be anything really deep either, for about a year I kept a copy of How to Invent Everything: a Survival Guide for Time Travelers in my car to read in drive throughs and at long lights.
