this is the best non annotated lolita cover out there. non of the other garbage conveys the tone of the novel. theyre either too classy, humorless and dull or tastelessly realistic. this is tasteful while still having that tinge of comical bittersweet contrast. i dont care that she doesnt have curls or brown hair.

all others are tasteless or tastlessly 8oring. they make the 8ook seem reverent instead of playful. actual people on the cover is especially a8surd

Quilty wrote the book. The "narrator" is the villian, and the "villian" is the narrator. I believe this is what he was talking about when he said
