Kinda but it's more that Condor Heroes is the thing that all the authors of stuff like Crouching Tiger were inspired by. And of course instead of GoT you've got the Romance of the Three Kingdoms.

Another good movie to check out is Forbidden City Cop (or it's original title, "Imperial Secret Agent 008") which is essentially a Naked Gun style Wuxia film. It opens with the protagonist attempting to arrest some wuxia heroes for trying to have a wire-fu duel on the roof of the emepror's palace at midnight on the night of a full moon and so on.
