Anyone read this piece of crap?

The first book held some interest. The idea of your typical fantasy setting taking place at pre-bronze age rather than generic medieval was novel. Unfortunately this book was all about how great this group of women are and the preface itself talks about how much the writer loves them.

You have the village leader's wife who is constantly told how great she is by everyone who doesn't want to kill her. Her female bodyguard who desperately wants to fuck her and is not subtle about it. A literal autistic child who managed, between bouts of shrieking every time she gets touched, to invent the bow. And an admittedly inoffensive wild child who has the setting's OP-as-fuck magic powers.

The guy I thought was the main character spent the entire book fretting over a contest of champions to decide the leader of all the human clans. It was clear he'd die because his position was more due to getting lucky and shanking an elf rather than martial prowess.

Well after the group of wonderful girls kill a demon on behalf of the jewiest group of dwarves I have ever seen in anything ever, they come back. Bodyguard girl immediately takes a bow and kills the challenger outside of a proper duel. After that the once main character tells the village leader how wonderful and perfect she is and that she should be the queen of humanity. Everyone claps.

I only got it because I liked the guy they got to narrate the audiobook.

Seeing the wave of garbage coming out such as pic related has genuinely done wonders for my self confidence as a writer. If this trash can sell and gain a fanbase, then I've been worrying about nothing.
