You seem to be saying you are good at ideas, plots, and story concepts, but struggle with the finer details like prose and dialogue and what not. If this is the case, why not rip off Fromsoft and have a story that is mainly in the background, and told through item descriptions. It works pretty well for a video game and you get to skip past the hardest parts of writing.
