It's always the same shit, civilization peaks, then start to reject religion and people become liberal and hedonistic, eventually feminism appear, then later gay shit start to also appear, people stop having children, the tax base from the empire decreases, the empire starts flooding their cities with foreigners who then buy their citizenship.
Eventually they start asking for more welfare, then the goverment has to start taxing.
Everything then starts to decline very fast, until society breaks down and the empire is defeated by some barbarians.
Civilization collapses into a civil war era, where the cycle of a new civilization starts.

Is there something new about this today?
