I went to a university counsellor about my suicidal thoughts and lack of happiness and was told that my thought patterns were not normal for depression and "sounded more like autism".
It has made me feel like shit all week.

What am I meant to do with that information?
Legitimately makes me want to jump off the rooftop I live on even more than I did before I said anything.
