People don't look on the internet for things to read, generally speaking. They look at their facebook, their myspace, their Yahoo frontpage. Some people dig deeper. It's hard to ignore writing when it's laying on a table in front of you at a place you go to frequently. Harder, anyway. But yes, a chunk of this is probably romanticism. So be it.

Mail it wherever you want. UWF works. Address it with attention to the University Commons, and include a note on top asking them to leave the copy books on the tables - as part of a "shared literary experiment", if you like. I'd prefer it if people did this in their own locales, but whatever works for you.
