Pfft I fucking wish the water level increases by a meter. The problem is if the icecaps in both poles actually have methane bubbles that will accelerate the warming which will melt even more ice.

The ice will keep melting as long as the globe will be warming. Sure the dyke can be build a meter high but how long will that last? 20 years? 50 years? As if we will solve global warming by then.
