Brienne is kinda cool, but they don't really work imo, women don't have the temprement for it, or the physicality (though that doesn't really matter in fantasy).

It's definitely something doable but barely any modern day writer could pull it off, Knights needs to be Christian above all else, barely any women have an understanding of Christianity or a desire to write a Christian knight
