Hello /lit/, I've been looking for a certain book for several weeks now. I read it quite some time ago, and I wanted to reread it but I can't remember the title for the life of me. All I know is that it took place in a kingdom where magic is outlawed. The MC is a wizard, starts off weak and gets super strong. Under command of a different kingdom, He works with a group that consisted of several warriors and himself to save the wizards from the anti magic kingdom. I wish I had more info since that isn't much to go on, but this is literally my last hope.

As a thank you, I'm willing to reccomend fantasy(swords and sorcery style) books to anyone who is looking for a read. I have over 5,000 read and a lot of them are self published so you probably haven't seen them.

Honestly, this must be the most boring thing I've read in my life.

Is this series even worth starting? I hear half the books are good and the rest are just fucking filler.

Does it pay off?

I was sparked to read The Wheel of Time series and I picked up the first 2 books, not the prequel. Is this length of a story worth it? I know its not finished yet once I start a book i finish it. It's a respect thing. but thanks for the help?!?!
