What exactly is the differentiated man? He doesn't really explain it and when he tries to it just lapses into vague mysticism.

I read Revolt against the modern world and liked it a lot, so I picked this up next.

So far it's been nearly 80 pages of him just responding to Nietzsche. I've barely skimmed Nietzsche so I don't even know what he's talking about or why it matters. It looks like he gets off Nietzsche later on in the book, but a good chunk of it is...just an essay response.

I have seen this book hyped by a lot of people so I'm surprised

Just started this tonight. I finished Revolt about a week ago, it was a tough read.

I'm not totally sure on Evola's worldview though. I'm not really interested in living as a fucking Serf in a "tradtionalist" civilization. His writing is still interesting for historical reasons though.

How is that Legionaries book? Been thinking about picking that up

Also thinking about buying this, it sounds more accessible

Am I just a brainlet or this an incredible slog of a book? I’m 90 pages in and want to kill myself. It isn’t what I was expecting.
