What does /lit/ think of this book?

Is this book any good?

Hey, /lit/, first time to this area of 4chan. I have a favor to ask of you guys. Amerifag college student here, my English class has assigned a seven page per for me to write and I need a few interview QandA's. I'm required to have some personal info, but don't worry; if you would rather not provide it, I'll just make that bit up.

Here is the information and the questions (try to think as deeply as possible as you can about the answers, I need to make the paper from five interviews). I already have two of the interviews done, so I only need three that I can get some information from.

Pic related, it's the book these questions are supposed to relate to. The paper needs to revolve around quality and people's values.

Was wondering if i could get a bit of help. I'm not some lazy degenerate who is too lazy to do something simple, just wouldn't mind making it easier. I started reading Zen and the art of motorcycle maintenance for school, got through the first 30 pages bored out of my mind. Book doesn't interest me at all and unless a book really gets me, i can't read it. Sparknotes doesn't have an summaries. I'm still going to read the book, but I'd rather know the story and skim the book for quotes then try to read the book then look for quotes. So anyone know where I can get some simple and quick plot summaries for the chapters?

What is /lit/'s opinion on this book?

Dude goes on a cross country motorcycle trip with his crybaby son, a real quality whiner.

Certainly don't agree with all of it but gave me a lot to chew on.

I may be alone on this one, but I really did not enjoy this read.

I can say unironically and without exaggeration that this is the deepest book I have ever read.
