Anyone else feel like DBH is losing it? This book was one big ad hominem and not convincing in the slightest. "If you don't agree with me you have no sense of morality!". He starts off by straight up saying that he will only argue from metaphysics and completely ignores doctrinal orthodoxy which is the sticking point for 99% of Christians, so his arguments fall completely flat for anyone who actually gives the Ecumenical councils authority. I honestly wonder how this guy has the gall to keep calling himself an "Eastern Orthodox" Christian when he outright says that Councils can be disregarded if you dislike the canons.

The guy who wrote the book is fucking insufferable.
That being said, after reading it I stopped believing in hell as a place of eternal damnation.
What your thoughts are about Christian Universalism and David Bentley Hart in general?
