It's not about individuals! This is 101 stuff. It's about group average, that's all that matters. All individuals regress toward the mean and these are the means.

But white innovation has to do with creativity caused by higher individuality as well.

You are behind, and don't understand the basic concepts here. And now I'm just repeating myself about how this is about a gap in your knowledge and nothing else, and how only you can fix that. Maybe you're just not capable.

It does not help your point because you have no idea what you're talking about. You need to learn how bell curves work. The only thing that matters is average group intelligence, and blacks have the lowest average group intelligence by far.

The reason for this pertains to evolutionary environment. Europeans have high IQs and are responsible for 97% of all innovation because they evolved in harsh environments where they had to be creative to survive and plan ahead since the land was frozen half the year. Blacks evolved in environments where food was available year round so they didn't develop the faculties required for high intelligence, or the comparative ability to think/plan ahead, which is why they do dumb shit for short term gain and wind up in prison at such high rates (time preference).

Low achievement among blacks is no one else's fault; it stems from them alone.

Blacks in the US have had trillions of white people's tax dollars spent trying to lift them up, and most still can't even *speak* English. You expect them to read it? This is a simple matter of biology/IQ.
