Second, make yourself cozy. Life is short, but even if you waste a day on notreading, you can still try doing something you enjoy.

Don't guilt yourself for missing a day of reading. If your room makes you feel in a cloister of discomfort, go outside and enjoy the weather, the nature encompassing you, the little details that might inspire you. Become the protagonist, for you are the only one to live the life of your own.
