What is the best translation of Baudelaire?

Can I please get recommendations for translations of Baudelaire and Rimbaud without the thread devolving into "just learn French"? The last thread I made on this topic got something like 100 replies and I don't think there was more than one or two sincere answers. I'm not going to learn a language just to read two poets I'm not even sure I'll like. Baudelaire made most of his money translating Poe into French, I don't think he'd object to his poetry being translated into English.

What is the best translation of Baudelaire's Flowers of Evil?

The Flowers of Evil finally hit me, after past attempts, I now find it something I want to return to. It's like a great album; all of the songs are good but a few really hit.
But here's the thing...I read on Gutenberg a 1909 edition translated by an Occultist, Cyril Scott (the version that struck me) . Later when trying to find other works by Baudelaire, I found a 1919 edition of The Flowers of Evil by James Huneker published out of New York.
This edition was strikingly different. The latter was much shorter than the first. Huneker seemed a bit more simplified. Also, many titles were changed, and many poems added, which confused me, because it was a longer book.
I know that initially the book was published as I believe 6 poems because Baudelaire was scared of publishing, and yet still faced punishment later (in the form of fines, nothing too serious.)
But my question is...what is the definitive French to English version of The Flowers of Evil? The version all scholars and readers are picking up? The one that is most often quoted? And the one that's best according to your knowledge and opinion.
