OP those are some pretty mediocre poets

I recommend:
John Keats
William Blake
Emily Dickinson
William Carlos Williams
Gertrude Stein I am not trolling, seriously consider her
Wallace Stevens
W H Auden
Randall Jarrell

and Coleman Barks' translation of Rumi

I need your help quite badly because I have 0 creativity. I am close to getting kicked off my English course for generally not hitting deadlines which is my own fault but I now have 2 days to write a horror novel and a commentary for it.

I don't know why I picked horror because I have literally no experience in the genre and the first version I handed in was awful. Can someone please give me some help by suggesting a good plot I can follow or give me some tips. Thanks in advance.
