I respect my mother. She's a genuinly strong woman, worthy of my father for sure. And "strong woman" in the traditional sense of the word. Some of these women existed before the suffragette bullshit ever came into place. She is the boss in her workplace, is tough as fuck and responds only to my father.

My woman, though, she's surprisingly intelligent. Not in a regular sense of the word, just for a woman. Head of her class at Uni, best grades, although she studies herself to sleep constantly. Still young, but that's why I picked her. She can be trained.

From a point of view that concerns respect, they're the only women in the planet I respect. And I can say that they fought a lot to earn that respect.

This is literally what I'm doing now. I used to be irritated at her constantly in the beginning, getting in petty arguments over nothing because I couldn't hold myself from telling her off when she said something stupid. But then I realized it's a pattern and this is why I never listened to women before. I was a lot happier when I didn't listen, needless to say.

In short, you're correct.
