Hey, lit. I am in a serious and long term relationship. Recently, I have met a new person. We barely talked. I know it's stupid, and I won't act on it, but... I have butterflies in my tummy whenever I remember his face. I read all the books I heard him recommend. He feels like a fantasy, like a main character of a book I'm not allowed to be a part of. I'm heartbroken, but at the same time, there is nothing that I can do about it. It's a masochistic longing which I will enjoy for it is all I can get. I want to indulge deeper into it and feel even more despair in my situation.

Anyone know a book that would help with that? Some sort of romance where the main character can't be together with the person they love. Or an affair. Gimme your best books
