Read: The Man Who Was Thursday
Expected: "metaphysical thriller"
Got: Surprisingly absurdly humorous story with very little suspense after first meeting with Sunday, suddenly becoming religious fantasy at the end

I don't think I've seen any talk about this book here. How did it compare with your expectations? What was your take on the ending?

I think opening dedication may actually be my favorite G.K. Chesterton poem.
