This is all true. Every writer that I meet is also my new least preferred person in the world.

I just wanted a friend that I could show my work to, read his / her work and then discuss storytelling and literature.

All I find are overly dramatic incompetents without neither love, nor interest for what they do. It pains me to know that these are the people who will write the fantasy novels of this century.

I guess most of my generation did the same. For some reason I stalled and stagnated, trapped in a past most men my age have moved on from. I'm chasing eternal youth because I'm petrified of growing up.

Do pushups to warm up. Lift, stretch, drink water. Eat healthy. Booze is okay, until you're doing it every day. Kettlebells are nice.

If you really, really don't want to go to college because anxiety or whatever, don't. Join the military or learn a trade. e.g. welding, fabrication, chemical service. Just don't waste time.

Always wear a condom. Don't get married. I'm almost twice your age and still don't want to be legally and financially tied to someone. I've seen friends become miserable with each other and trapped by children.

Be grateful for what you've got, and try to have fun.
