I've seen that as the definition of humanity. Humans can consciously apply meaning to something.
Meaning is not a property of reality. Neither is wrong.
Humans can look at a rock and say it looks like a bird, but it's just a rock.
Something can be "wrong" but only in relation to "right" which is defined by people.
Without us there is no meaning, no right, no wrong. There isn't good or evil. There just is.
So yes, meaning and wrong were invented by humans and that's why they also keep changing.
