They are intentionally infantilising minorities, creating an atmosphere of victimhoon around them and encouraging degeneracy amogst them to spark conflict. As a simple example look at nigger music in the 60-80 and the modern shit, the breakdown of the black family, or the immense feeling of victimhood.

Of course the tensions on the low-level are real, thats why its such an effective distraction, you wouldnt tolerate being spit on and exploited by the elite if they tried to distract you by saying an alien invasion or some shit is inevitable, you wouldnt by it, it wouldnt work as smoke and mirrors. But when they find a real issue and then make it a million times worse it serves as an excellent distraction
