Does /lit/ have any favourite books about "finding your tribe" or anything similar?

I feel like 2024 and people are willing to do almost anything to find their people. I mention this in particular because the guy I buy my organic farm veggies from told me that his youngest brother has gone to live in a commune in Portland where a handful of people make a living as Dungeons and Dragons DMs for the gay community, and that DnD now has a huge queer following that actually pays DMs.
