Everything he says in this, and proceeding if you want to read the rest of this short bit on his twitter, is nothing more than equivocal for a practical introverts therapy. It's no better than putting casual advice pretentiously, and everything he says here practically has no basing. All it shows is 1. That he has no understanding of social experience, and 2. A complete lack of understanding of psychology, how the mind works, how the mind may work, and for example things so basic in how the mind recognises things which is easily shown in neuroscience.
