Good thread OP.
Recently I've been musing about how when I was a kid, I would play vidya like Chrono Trigger or Final Fantasy VII and I would go into in-game libraries and click "A" on all the bookshelves to read the little snippets of lore the game designers put in.
Now I realize, that's so fuckin retarded. You can go to the REAL library and read the REAL lore about the REAL world, and it's infinitely better, goes infinitely deep, and if you're good enough you can even contribute to it yourself and participate in it

Any books that get into the topic of praxis in platonism? I see people claim that Christian theurgy is the only option but I just don't believe in Christianity.

I find both platonism and Nietzsche's philosophy to be strongly compelling despite them being completely incompatible.
Does there exist a synthesis?

There is no one size fits all for diet. Chinks, Native Americans, Negroes and Indo Europeans etc are all from different places and require different things. An obvious oversimplified example would be how some white people can eat dairy and others can’t. What I did myself was go to a blood panel which showed me all the nutritional deficiencies I had and what is best for me to eat according to my blood type and race. However I went home and did my own research on diet since I didn’t trust their suggestions(but you can trust them to tell you what you’re deficiencies are) and I are accordingly. Also you have to take in your lifestyle do you want big muscles? Longevity? You like running? Or do you just do the bare minimum? There are many questions that need to be answered so I apologize I can’t just sum it up in a quick statement. I can tell you what is objectively bad for all humans. Processed food like soda, American bread, any great value brands Walmart sells and much more.

This is uncommon knowledge, but a lot of texts that the Scholastics were inspired by were actually neoplatonic texts that the Arab Neoplatonists had edited and given the authorship to Aristotle to protect the tradition.
It wasn't until the last two years of aquinas life, long after the majority of his books, that he learned that one of these works was an adaption of Proclus Elements of Theology; likewise Pseudo-Dionysius was thought to be genuine, if anything, this error is the greatest proof of the incorrectness of Christianity. With every ecumenical council and church father you became more and more platonic.

Scholasticism is bare bones Neoplatonism.
