Women have been convinced as a whole to reject femininity by a tribe of over-zealous and disassociative political activists who hate their own gender so much they're convinced that the worst parts of it have been bred by a male system. Rather than admit their own gender's shortcomings AND diversity, this group of women has convinced quite a few others that femininity is a social construct that must be obliterated.

I don't believe this is the case -- and for the same reason I disagree with them, I disagree with you. Men and women, like it or not, need each other, and not just for biological imperatives. Women at their best can provide a sense of comfort and peace that men can rarely, if ever give each other; likewise, men at their best can inspire and motivate women and other men to reach for better, far more than most women are capable of between each other.

You're the mirror-opposite of a radfem -- you believe that the other gender is simply the sum-total amalgamate of the ills of the world, when the reality is not at all that simple, no matter how much we'd like it to be.

I'd rather live in a world with men who are still masculine, but willing to take women seriously and holistically, as well as women who are on-the-whole more independent and confident, less subservient to groupthink, and still feminine. I think this is achievable -- but it's going to take a lot of effort on everyone's parts to accept the shortcomings of the other gender, as well as their own, recognize the benefits we can all give each other, and move forward as one made up of two, rather than one that suppresses or excoriates the other.
