I hate that I have become the epitome of what is wrong with reading philosophy as a non-academic.
It's too tiresome. The worst thing is that even if you don't want to, the conversation naturally drifts to these abstract, boring topics that make everybody else bored to death. Especially girls.
It's a death sentence, really.
I tell myself, you're a fucking idiot. But it doesn't work. It's too late.
Use me as a cautionary tale.
Do not read philosophy.
