I don't think Goblin has any Gods mentioned.

First step should be to craft an outline, either in your head or on a piece of paper. Everytime you come up with an idea, you put it down where it needs to go (chronologically speaking). Eventually, you'll have enough material to start writing your story.

Realize that your first chapter will be shit, due to the fact that it's very difficult to know exactly how your story is going to go until it's actually finished. Until then, however, just write a placeholder that you know full well won't be in your final draft.
