That's Hegel's point. Pure indeterminate being doesn't get you to "nothing" in any absolute sense. It collapsed into nothing but then this thought of nothing reveals itself not to be true void, but pure indeterminate being. Thus the two continuously collapse into one another.

Hegel formalized this best but you see echoes of it in the early esoterica, particularly Boehme.

And don't tell me some bullshit like "Gnosis," "enlightenment," or "Absolute Knowing." Gnosis doesn't teach you about all the science of your day, electricity, calculus, thermodynamics, and a full history of Europe, India, and China, so he must have spent a fuck ton of time reading too.

Sorry brother, but you're living in one. There is no void. Void is a seething sea of virtual particles, quantum foam. As Wilzek says, "whatever the void is, the void weighs." There is no emptiness. Emptiness is just cognitive neglect, like how a fish doesn't seem water and we don't see dead air. Being/Nothing are a contradiction, one becoming the other, and the principle of explosion blows the world into existence.

The particular is the soil from which the seed of the universal grows. The Absolute has no limit, there is no epistemic cut, no subject/object boundary to contain it. X/0 = ∞ and X/∞ = 0.

Regression into the darkness is itself just the tyranny of negative freedom, the flight from any definiteness. It is simply the darkness in which all cows are black.
