The 3rd category is formed by subpassionary individuals, whose impulse of self-preservation is superior to everything.

Notice you're dealing with unfalsifiable axioms, economics is largly a pseudo-science... human interactions are to complex to model as some sort of equilibrium process let alone have any hope of guaranteeing outcomes in the real world.
