Holy shit, good normal opinions in this thread. Like Europe was a fucking backwater until like after the 14th century. It's a complicated mix of institutional, political, and economic factors that converged with their possible opponents (see: Inca, Aztec, and Indian Ocean) all collapsing with incredible luck.

If the White Race was special then why the fuck were Arabs blowing them the fuck out in philosophy, Africa in oration, and China in the economy? It's obvious that one group happened to win and now are panicking that they got expelled as the oppressing class everywhere and are inventing a justification to bring the boot back.

What philosophy can help me out of post-modernist solitude, confusion and despair?
