>what does converting to Islam really achieve? You still live in Western modernity
The alternative is to exist in one of two states of chronic irony, pick one:
>an ignorant slave who mistakes pastiche for authenticity, Rick and Morty for sincerity, and doesn't understand why buying a campervan in 2020 didn't make him happy
>a self-aware slave who tells himself he's mentally liberated from the neoliberal matrix while he continues to jump to its tune every day of his life

At least the first option can enjoy a life of hedonism but I'm bored of all the porn that I watch.

Art must be free from restraint so it can work for humanity instead of against it. Circumscribed by censors and social stigma, the only function art can perform is as a vanguard for capitalism. Capitalist art, or "content", can pose as revolutionary. Consider Taylor Swift producing a song advocating social equality. Pop songs of today seem greater than themselves in that they are followed by the ghosts of their branding, including videos, media coverage, social media presence. But in the end do they have more clout (or even nearly as much) than an anti-war song from the 1960s, which spread only through radio, record sales and word of mouth? Not while the forces which disseminate them are themselves circumscribed by social dictates.
Over time, society comes to resemble the culture it is allowed to consume. When that culture is not allowed to represent any ideas outside the ruling hegemony, nothing can be new and all art is autophagy. This is a one-way street and it's easy to see where it's going.

Simple concept, simple execution: enter a word you've recently affixed into your immaculate vocabularies, and leave with the knowledge of your peers to further it again! Of course, a definition will be expected with your term, or at the very least a use case for interpreting common context to use it.

I'll start:
recalcitrant
Definition: A stubborn, defiant person, or adjective in description of such a person. This is often used in negative connotations.
Example Sentence: I would have gotten away with it too, were it not for those recalcitrant brats!

Are western monogamous relationships always doomed to fail unless you constantly walk the path of being desirable?

I was cucked after a phase of depression after my father died by my long term girl, a woman I had selected for her care and genuine love, and because she was outside of and above a lot of the trappings of modern "femininity". Will I keep living the same cycle of pair bonding, inevitable hard times, and heartache until I'm too old to attract worthwhile females? I know not unloveable, but I am fallible, and now the idea of a deep relationship feels like a tightrope walk, a tragedy waiting to happen.

How do American TradCatholic LARPers reconcile the strong history of anti-Catholicism within the US Far Right, and the prominent role that the church played in desegregation (this was pre-Vatican II)?

It seems like you've just found a religion that you think justifies your beliefs, without taking any real history into consideration.

"Neoliberal" is the new "fascist."

It's just an insult with no concrete definition, including by the people who actually identity as neoliberals.
