Homo sapien sapien has never existed without a state, we’ve evolved so far from early humans, what makes you think we can exist without one? What makes you think states aren’t a part of this evolution.

is there a good way to literally decentralize society away from cities and towards self sufficient extended families without losing advanced technology and high culture?
while you may be able to maintain the current state of technology, how could you advance it when resources are not being pooled in cities?
as far as i can tell, urban centers are necessarily degenerate because they allow degenerates to group together and gain power,
they consume more than they produce, they separate us from our natural environment, and the convenience makes it easy to fall into decadence.
all of that said, they do allow for the development of advanced technology and art by making resources so abundant.

so how do we get the best of both worlds?
