Feminism is largely a debate about who can be socialised into being a "useful" producer in the wage-market of capitalism. The "Feminist Revolution" has re-defined women as proletarian, but without any genuine improvement of what that means. Feminism has been the greatest tool in the capitalist armoury to expand, replenish and re-create the proletariat in the face of the immensely destructive wars of the 20th century. In addition, the "sex wars" have provided another theatre of false-awareness, splitting the population, setting them at one another's throats, in an attempt to divert the attention away from the actual problems which are inherent in the system. While you're all blaming wimmin, niggers, jews, muslims, whoever the fuck you blame, Capitalism is picking your pocket and raping you.

Women have political equality, but since the price they've paid is the same wage-slavery and false consciousness of the previous proletarians, I fail to see how it can be considered a success in reforming patriarchy.
