Well, this may be the stupidest question I have ever come across. But this board is shit these days. I will attempt to answer your question as two seperate questions, because I fail to see the correlation between the two scenarios you give. Art is a very hard thing to define, but I think we would all agree, without getting into a argument over aesthetics, that it is basically a expression of the artist. A person can say anything they want to with their art in any way they prefer. Words have no meaning other than the ones we attach to them. Nigger is a very common word, and it would be difficult to find someone who does not find the word acceptable in atleast one circumstance. I personally say the word "Nigger" all the time and I am offended when some kid defaces this glorious word by substituting the "I" with a "*"
The reason you have to do the dishes when you say "fuck you" to your mom is because you are being punished for being disrespectful and having a potty mouth. But I do not see this scenario ever taking place, considering you are to much of a pussy to type the word "Nigger" on the 4chan.
