I actually might have something of interest for you. I was in brief email correspondence with the english translator of junger's visit to godenholm and she's very much interested in publishing the work again. She owns all the right the to translation, and I don't have too many resources to help (was going to ask some of the people in my germanic studies department to help publish). Are you saying he's weak because he's a christian or because of his political work? He was not an admirer of hitler, he was just a german, and he became religious, you would too if you'd seen the shit he had. We're talking about a man who's only constant companion was death for almost 100 years.

To my knowledge this is contains elements from his trip with Hoffman. Highly recommended.
