OP, be more specific and just let loose for right now when trying to describe this thing to us in this thread. Once you do that it'll be easier to help you, people here giving you shit are probably doing that because you are being vague and don't want to go through the work of figuring out just what it is you are talking about.

Like, let's say the image you are trying to evoke is how your room when you were a teen had a very blue tint to it at night and there was a certain shadow dancing off of it. So a bluish shadow. The image so far doesn't really do much at this level. What can help is thinking like a reader rather than a writer. Think of this image in your head, and try to articulate and specify what made that image come into your head. What was the context. Once you have that, just describe it, step by step, and it should become apparent what details you need to focus on to fully evoke the image.

Within epistemology there is a debate about the possible big and important difference between how to do something and other forms of "knowledge".

Also, even granting that your definition is correct, we further need to define what is experience, education, and other terms.

For example (stop me if youve heard this one), Smith and Jones are applying for the same job. Smith talks to the boss, who informs him sadly that Smith will not be getting the Job, Jones will.

Smith leaves the room and sits with Jones to congratulate him. During this, Smith thinks to himself "I just saw Jones take out 10 coins out of his pocket, so the man who has 10 coins in his pocket has the job".

Just then the boss comes out and says that actually, Smith has the job. Smith is so surprised and happy that he reaches for his phone in his pocket to tell his wife, and realizes that he has 10 coins in his pocket.

Here it could be said that Smith "knew" the man who will get the job has 10 coins in his pocket, but what should be obvious is something seems wrong or at least dubious here.
