You misunderstood my point. Note "degrees of separation." Think of it like hotdogs in the USA, or sausages in Germany, or something. Not everyone was personally affected by hotdogs or sausages, but their influence runs deep within their respective cultures. Every single person born in Germany is influenced heavily by sausages. That's just how influence works. Likewise, ramen soup is a significant organ pumping within Japan. Every single Japanese person is influenced by ramen soup. Even someone who hasn't eaten ramen soup will be influenced in some ways by association, like eating a light fusion pasta that was indeed influenced by ramen soup. You can't look at Japanese culture and try to dichotomize ramen soup/not ramen soup. It just doesn't work like that. A Japanese person will certainly not look at a ramen noodle stir fry, for example, and think, "oh this is ramen soup." The thought will not even cross their mind, for ramen soup is so normalized and fundamental in their culture that they will instead of just think of it, at most, as an adaptation of a Yakisoba. And if you don't want to eat adaptations or "instant noodles", that's fine, but you're blustering in here talking about "no sushi" or "no ramen soup," which already demonstrates a severe lack of understanding for Japanese culture.
