/lit/ is a bunch of little 20-something shitstains who don't really understand literature, don't really read, and waste all their time desperately trying to look like sophisticated intellectuals.

Not only they didn't understand Tywin's twist, but they will pretend that they already knew all along and try to look smarter than anybody else. They're the ugly weak kid that decides to adopt an intellectual pose in order to compensate for his physical inadequacy. They spend their entire lives enacting this pose. Thing is that Rooney is quite ugly, and surely always was. And when a young girl is ugly, she has 2 options in her formative years, that crucial period when she has to choose an identity for herself. Or she can convince herself that she MUST be smart, because Nature compensates, so if she's ugly she must be a genius.
