why are SJW's so elitist? why do they push for a political correctness that takes a PHD to understand? why is identity politics about hyper-specificity with labels and not neutrality? why is there a push to make 600 genders instead of removing discussion of gender period?

not that i wish to see us take this direction. i guess i'm kind of conservative because i think men and women are different and should be treated different - but it seems to me these sjws care more about demonizing those not with their program than bringing actual tolerance - it seems like a hate machine. is it just ego?

What did /lit/ think of this book? I read it a couple of years ago, it was crazy but lots of fun to read. Some time ago I saw it on the /lit/ top 100 chart which I was suprised by, thought it's too silly for people around here to like it to that extent.

I read only the first part, how do the rest compare?

I'm reading this book now - Illuminatus! Trilogy. I found a pdf online, but it seems to be jumbled up and entire paragraphs repeat themselves exactly (if you get the pdf, you can search for ultra-Darwinian philosophy and see it comes up 3 times). Is that correct, or is the pdf messed up?

I like it so far, but I would like to know if it's all intentional.

What's a good read after The Illuminatus!? I just finished it and despite it's length I feel like I want more.
